On "Southern Cop"

"Southern Cop" effects the voice of the high-minded apologist, feigning empathy and justice while perpetuating the very racism that conditioned Ty Kendricks for murder. The focus on whites in both "Southern Cop" and "Mr. Danny" displays their blindness and resulting inability to appreciate the humanity of African Americans.
